Software Request Form
To request software to be installed on a new or reimaged computer, the attached software form will need to be completed and returned to kcchelp@purdue.edu. A list of free or reduced cost software available to campus departments can be viewed by visiting www.itap.purdue.edu/shopping/software/departmental.html.
