While logged in to your computer with your normal career account, press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select “Change Password.” In the username field, enter BOILERAD\ladminyourusername i.e. ladminsmith123. Proceed with setting your new password by first entering your old password.
Note* If you are working remotely you must first establish a VPN connecton for a minimum of one hour before attempting to change your ladmin password. If for some reason you are unable to change the ladmin password you will need to reboot your computer, re-establish the VPN connection and try again.
If you are using an office desktop or laptop that is docked at Krannert, please reboot your computer if you run into any issues changing your password.
