Video Conferencing in the Classroom - Tips
  • Encourage the remote speaker to use a headset or echo canceling microphone.
  • If you’re bringing in a new guest speaker, perform a test in the classroom before the event.
  • For audio volume, keep the room volume at a lower level to prevent feedback.
  • Make sure your speaker is comfortable with the quality of the call, testing the audio and video settings.
  • Doccam – Be patient for it to load.
  • Doccam  – Enable HD under the video settings menu.
