How do I modify my Safelist and Blocklist entries for the Cisco Spam Scanning application?
- To get to your Safelist and Blocklist settings, click the "your email quarantine" in your "Spam Quarantine Notification" email you receive as shown below.
- Once you have done that, you can click on "Options" in the upper right-hand corner to select which list you'd like to modify.
- You have the ability to add a single email address, a complete domain, or a subdomain to your Safe/Block lists within the Cisco spam scanning application. The domain options are used if you are receiving spam from both janedoe@domain.com and johndoe@domain.com, and would just like to block everything from @domain.com.
