How to Use "Private Printing" or "Print and Hold"
Printouts can be securely stored on the HP and Toshiba Multi-Function Printers (MFPs). This allows the user to walk up to the printer and securely release the print job without it just printing automatically and sitting on the printer for anyone to see before it is picked up off the printer. Use the appropriate instructions based on if the printer make is an HP or Toshiba.
